Vincent Roux began his real estate career in France in 2000, gaining extensive experience as a broker before transitioning into real estate investment. He founded a remodeling company focused on acquiring, renovating, and reselling properties, refining his expertise in property valuation, market trends, and investment strategies.

With over 15 years in real estate investment, Vincent expanded his business internationally, working in Italy, Portugal, and the United Arab Emirates before settling in Puerto Vallarta in 2019. Drawn to its vibrant lifestyle and strong real estate market, he now calls it home.

Beyond real estate, Vincent has a strong background in finance, holding a Master’s in Finance from Dubai. His passion lies in the intersection of real estate and financial strategy, allowing him to guide clients toward high-value investments.

As an investor himself with global experience across multiple markets, Vincent is committed to providing exceptional real estate services in Banderas Bay. He supports his clients through every step of the process—from selecting the right property to optimizing its management for long-term success.
